- Mrs. Hallye Lanius Webb, 1977-1978, organized the Catahoula Chapter.
- Mrs. Eula Routh Wurster Daggett, 1979-1980, kept the chapter informed by regularly attending all state meetings.
- Mrs. Bobbie Nell Bass Calhoun, 1981-1982, assured the chapter adhered to protocol and attended all state meetings.
- Mrs. Iola Radford Hendricks, 1983-1984, led the first meeting after the Catahoula Chapter was chartered. Attire was formal, long dresses with white gloves.
- Mrs. Grace Evelyn McGee Scott, 1985-1986, 1988-1989, oversaw the renovation of chapter bylaws, promoted awareness of patriotic holidays and election days through church bulletins, and encouraged conservation by planting wildflowers and maintaining fresh floral arrangements in the Jonesville hospital lobby and First Methodist Church of Jonesville.
- Mrs. Sophie Crawford Haley, 1987-1988, oversaw the placement of the commemorative plaque at the Harrisonburg United Methodist Church.
- Dr. Gene Smith Boyd, 1990-1991, an excellent fund raiser, assured that veterans residing in local area nursing homes were remembered on holidays and birthdays with greeting cards. She established and maintained the tradition of flag placement on the graves of veterans buried in the Harrisonburg cemetery until the practice was taken over by the American Legion Junior Auxiliary.
- Mrs. Reece Lazarus Junkin, 1992-1993, 1997, a Classic Rose recipient, coordinated antique quilt shows in Jonesville, Fall of 1992, and Shreveport, Spring of 1993, that merited national recognition for LSDAR. VCR tapes documenting the antique quilt show were made and sold.
- Mrs. Mary Alberta G. Arnold, 1994-1995, raised funding for the purchase and contribution of 125 books to the Genealogy Library in Harrisonburg, LA. She made and delivered 100 children's quilts to St. Jude's Hospital. She received recognition for her "Hole in the Barn Door" quilt and also won 1st in state in American Heritage in photography, and placed 3rd nationally in the same category the following year.
- Mrs. Suzanne Robertson Shirley Barron, 1996, introduced computer technology to the chapter.
- Mrs. Ikie Hailey Henderson, 1998-1999, 2000, 2004-2006, a Classic Rose recipient, honored local Korean War veterans through a public photo display and newspaper display and maintained provision of personal care items to the VA home and hopsital.
- Mrs. Cathy Dale Stubbs, 2001-2002, 2007, promoted patriotism and the tradition of quilting with the creation of an American Eagle quilt. Appliquéd patriotic T-shirts were made and sold to furnish canteen books and twelve electric razors to the VA hospital.
